Powder King Mountain Resort

It’s the “whisper of the north,” the place skiers and snowboarders wax poetical about, where deep, deep days are near guaranteed. Skiing and snowboarding here is a rite of passage in Western Canada.

The legend of Powder King Mountain Resort endures; tell your friends and start planning now.

About the resort

With a well deserved reputation for powder, you'll find pillows, glades, steeps and soft flowy lines the order of the day at Powder King. The falls are soft here on the 37 runs, cascading down over 2100 feet. The ski area operates Thursday to Sunday, meaning it will often fill in with fresh snow over the early part of the week.
